I doubt they would increase on the current capacity without transport/infrastructure improvements.Though it does beg the question what out event capacity would be, given the pitch for standing etc...

The pitch gets used though, look above - or are you saying they would leave the stands emptier to compensate?
I think we might have to. Transport and infrastructure have been huge talking points throughout the application, I get the distinct impression (nothing more solid than that) that we've pushed our limits already with the capacity. The pitch gets used though, look above - or are you saying they would leave the stands emptier to compensate?
capacity generally stays about the same or even less for concerts, for two main reasons; 1. A stadium has a safety certificate for a certain capacity, and the emergency exits are designed for that capacity.Though it does beg the question what out event capacity would be, given the pitch for standing etc...
Unless your rented heap of brick athletics stadium has massive gaps between the stand and pitch I suppose? In this case, enough to fit another 20k people!capacity generally stays about the same or even less for concerts, for two main reasons; 1. 2. The stage and other stuff take up quite a lot of the space on the ground, and the seats at the back and up to the stage front on the sides, are not used. The space left on the pitch is then about 5000 sq. m, which mean about 5000-8000 people depending how much of the pitch is used for audience.
Once WHLII is open, how many opportunities like that will the OS miss out on?
Foo Fighters come back to London, who are they going to choose if presented with both options?
The question is, will he be able to complete the long walk to get to the pitch, without getting injured?
Good point. Maybe they could find some kind of chair, maybe even on wheels, to get him to and from the pitch.
Let's call this new invention a chairwheelGood point. Maybe they could find some kind of chair, maybe even on wheels, to get him to and from the pitch.
I dont think there is much to wonder about, to be honest. Sullivan loves being cheap!
There is nothing cheap about a three year contract* for wheelchair.
* I did read that right, no?
