Canning Town Bingo Club

Reminds me of Lady Penelope's car in Thunderbirds.

At least she had a proper Ckocney driver in Parker:

If they can get draws at home to Saints, Burnley and Stoke, that would get them to 33. That would be OK, too. I think Burnley will beat them but they have opportunities for a compensatory pity fcuk - away to Alsoran who are looking to miss qualifying for Europa League, or final day at home to Whateverton.

I believe Arse are already qualified for the EL as runners-up in the League Cup, so they can't get away from it :D

pretty sure its only the winners of the league cup not runners up
The spot goes to the runner-up if the winner is already qualified for Europe. City will be in the CL, and Arse will therefore get the EL spot.

EDIT: My bad. This is how it goes:
"If the winner qualifies for Europe through other means by the end of the season, then this place is transferred.

It will be handed to the highest-placed Premier League team that is not already qualified."

That will be the 7th placed team, so they have to finish 8th to get away from it.

Isnt it 3 spaces for the Europa? 1 league and 2 for the cups? Therefore the transfered place goes to 6th place

You're thinking of the FA Cup, and I seem to remember they've changed that as well so the runners-up can't get the spot? Don't think League Cup runners-up ever got into Europe?

Some nasty fixtures in their last nine games...IF they can get wins at home to Saints, Burnley and Stoke they might be ok - that would get them to 39 points I think. Could be close though!

Genuinely no easy points in there for them.

Stoke and SCBC are slowly picking up some form, while West Hams is patchy at best. And, of course, by the time they get to Everton Allardyce will have sorted them out.

No "obvious" points in there at all for them.

They are only 3 points above the relegation zone, with only WBA looking like a lost cause.

Around them ALL the other teams are doing ok, West Ham are the worst performing IMO*.

I can still see a situation where they go down, I think its far from easy for them to stay up. And as they and Moyes have shown, each has a collapse in them.

*Saw the Watford game the other week, they won 2-0 (at home). It was Gracia's first game I think (or maybe second). Watford were classicly under a new manager, clearly a disjointed, clearly trying to adopt a new system, clearly a little off the pace - as expected.

And yet, they played through West Ham at will, dominated them and pinned them back, opened them up time and again. They didnt score because they were that little bit off, that half a beat disjointed. West Ham basically sucker punched them against the run of play, they didnt deserve to win at all.

Ha ha. Lots of dissent in the (fan) ranks. To march or not to march?
Saturdays protest march called off as GSB have agreed to talks. Rumours of bribe money being paid by the club and bullying/threatening by ICF codgers of other fan groups if they still march.
That's Entertainment, folks!

I have been watching this closely and its hard to see whats what but general opinion is the group including ICF and Andy Swallows was paid off not to march and now other groups being told not to. Additionally suspicions grown based on paying people who paid for transport for the march. Mental really.

Andy Swallows and Sullivan go back years and Sullivan was involved in giving a million to the notorious gangster Long Dog, one of the hunts who is also associated with Andy and also the owner of Billericay.

Something, something, Bassong........

Gold told The West Ham Way podcast: “We have made mistakes but I don’t think the stadium move is a mistake.

“It’s been difficult but it was the right thing to do. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity we had to grasp.

“I wish I could turn the clock back, we would have done a much better job. But there are no regrets about moving.”

“We have had a dreadful season. We thought the four players bought over the summer would propel us forward but sadly that has not worked out. We had budgeted for eighth place.”

SO. MUCH. LOL.

Man U
Chelsea
Arsenal
Leicester

The new 4games is going to destroy their confidence. I think they'll finish 19th.
Mark Noble will still run around abit.
Antonio will play for summer move.
The rest..... couldn't give a damn.
