Depends on how much was budgeted for this transfer window. There must be extra revenue from events entertainment go cart etc. Can't all get going into interest and propert development
I think in the last few years we've constantly got people on loan with an obligation to buy and it's caught up with us. Kulu, Bentacur, Porro, Romero were all like that for big fees which I think ate into our budget.
I doubt we have much left, probably the bigger issue is the amount of surplus players and their wages.
