I think England's top all time goalscorer playing for a club who hadn't been relegated and didn't need him off the wage bill is always going to cost at least 2 times what Maddison did. I do think that Levy probably got £10 to perhaps even £20m extra for Kane than we reasonably could've expected though.

He's fast, everyone thinks that's brilliant, what's the point in getting there first if you don't do anything when you get there? He may be good but I've not seen much of him and what I've seen hasn't made me think he's a leading goal scorer.
