Actually when I stop at level crossings I position my buttocks at the tip and push back into it. It massages the bony part of each buttock and brings me an enormous sense of well being.

A lot of cyclists do this to relieve pressure. My Pilates teacher says to use a tennis ball against a wall.

You know what people who move around via a proper form of transport do?

Nothing. There's nothing we have to do because cars are inherently comfortable (except those awful things with cloth seats) and don't *struggle cuddle* you whilst you're moving.

Hands up! I took an unlocked bike and cycled back to my hotel in Amsterdam the night of the semi final...it was late and public transport had given up for the night...I was a bit tinkled:).

I did the honourable thing though.
