Don't listen much to in-match commentators - mostly watch games on mute because of their non-stop drivel - even so I just don't get the hate for Michael Owen. He has a soft spot for Spurs and whenever I HAVE listened he's been okay. But Redknapp, he is a different kettle of fish, he has a chip on his shoulder for the way his dad was ousted and he just cannot hide it no matter how hard he tries.

Just take the cable out of your centre speaker (or turn it off at the amp). You'll get all the "effects audio" (crowd noise, shouting managers, etc) and none of the commentary.
