Which one would give you the biggest buzz?

Winning a cup final will always give you a bigger buzz in the moment than winning a league over the course of a season - doesn't mean id rather win the cup.

The League is the real measure of how good you are, the CL is a Cup Competition. Liverpool won it in 2005 when they finished 5th in the PL. That said you can't beat the buzz of Cup Final day but I include all cups in that.
