Yeah its good that all states at least have some say, the states where they give different areas a vote each and then the one with the the most votes gets some extra is good. Thing one state had 5 votes so 3 districts and if you get 2 or more districts then you get the extra 2 votes. No idea what the votes would look like if such a system were introduced everywhere.
