Obviously the players and Poch have sabotaged our start to make the narrative more interesting.

Poch is just one game from the sack suffering an all time record home defeat and a 3 nil away loss to relegation fodder, losing the club captain to a long term injury in the process. Players openly want out, new signings are injured but against all odds we go on the longest unbeaten run in club football history picking up the domestic double and avenging the CL defeat.

Surely Amazon have enough money to make this happen for us???

Worse. More people watch telly than read books. We will be an international laughing stock. Go to the ends of the Earth, announce yourself as English and you will be greeted with snide banter about the funny Mr Portch of the Hotspurs and his magic lemons.

I tend to trust Levy on the commercials. If he can squeeze a few bob out of sticking logos on shirts and flogging hoardings to Rainham Steel, fine. Charging small children to traipse mournfully round the stadium behind Chirpy is absolute genius. But pimping out the entire club as reality TV goes much, much too far.
 
Well it's clear to me, the drop in form and the media 'drama' has all been internally fabricated to create interest for the TV show... We're going to win the league for the ultimate crescendo.

Liverpool will be kicked out the carabou Cup, and us re instated, Harry finds his magic boots under kids bed, Toby discovers mate herbal drink and lemons are the elixir of youth, Eriksen notices a new hair clinic on the High Road that works wonders and realises there's nowhere better to be, aurier and Rose develop a man love for each other that channels all their aggression and focus into a fullback partnership of beautiful love as we rampage across the footballing world leaving nothing but fear and awe in our trail.
Does cover all the demographics and tick all the boxes

So...as mentioned at the start of the thread, I heard about this a while ago and have to suggest that these are the sort of decisions which might well have contributed to Poch's increasing weird moods.

I think it is a terrible idea, and I sincerely hope he was involved with the decision so as he can at least share in shouldering said "terrible idea"...if he was not, if he was told it was happening, then whoever pushed it on him has made a fudging massive mistake IMO, and jeapordized the club. FWIW I think both he and the squad can ride it out/make lemonade out of lemons, but it is still a terrible idea IMO.

BTW, would you bet against The Amazon or Amazon Stadium (grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)?!!!!!!??!!!!

History would suggest that he would be more than happy with it rather than it being forced upon him.

The only slightly redeeming aspect on it is that it's about the 2nd half of the season, hopefully this will be the glorious rebirth of Poch, cause the way things are going now he might not even be in it .

I think Poch and Levy have enough history of being open and honest with each other, to conclude they'd very much would have talked this thru in detail.

Hope everyone acts 'naturally' thru the whole period though......as some peeps just can't do that when the cameras are on.

I agree though, it is a poo idea.
