You should maybe consider writing for a career after that rousing piece of verbose bellicosity!!! 😉 COYS!!!

    Omar Marmoush

Huddlestone was one of my favorite players. Pure class.

If so he’ll get found out quickly in the PL. There’s no place to hide in the current game.

I still worry about their CBs plus they may still sell Fernandez to City which would be a big loss in CM. He's a f***ing prick but a hell of a player.

A better version of Palhinha and look what he did for us last season.

I would play Fernandes deeper next to Bents to allow use of his full passing abilities. Or both in the #8 role either side of Bents as a #6.

    Mathys Tel

I agree. If we had brought him in this summer many on here would be praising his attitude in trying to always be positive. He didn't have a good game but he wasn't the only one. I thought he was our best player Saturday though. But we're a new team playing a new system. Give it time.

    Mathys Tel

You're right in that he didn't have a good performance Tuesday night (he was better against a good PL RB on Saturday weirdly) but at the same time outside of the goal I don't think Moore was particularly impressive either. Neither were Bergvall, Gray, Udogie, JPVH, Davies or Solanke if we're...

    Mathys Tel

Two of Moore’s chances against Brentford came from good work down our left side involving Tel. And Moore didn’t regularly beat his man last night but had several crosses go nowhere if they weren’t blocked by his marker. Tel did beat his man a few times last night but it wasn’t his best...

    Cody Gakpo

Simons may start training again in October but I wouldn’t expect him near ready to play first team football till the spring. Odobert won’t be ready till after Xmas too. Expect both to have setbacks during their comebacks too so I would prepare to play this whole season without any kid of...

    Mikey Moore

Agree but even with Kudus returning we still only have 3 wingers if we let Moore leave. He would still get regular game time as our fourth choice winger.

    James Maddison

If we continue to play with a single pivot (Bentancur) and two #8s as we did tonight we don’t need a #10.

I'm trying to remember the last time I enjoyed watching us play as much as I did tonight (even though I missed the last 25 mins and three goals)...🤔

    Rodrigo Bentancur

Played as a single pivot and did the dirty work that needed doing. Has always had an excellent first touch and kept the ball moving in tight areas. His in-game management showed albeit against a poor team.

Good to Udogie and Solanke starting as well as Moore and Bergvall getting another start. VdV on the bench too. Maybe Tonali is carrying a slight knock, but that’s one are of the pitch where we have plenty of cover. Rest him for the weekend.

How many of their sales have been PSR-driven and which were the player wanting to leave though? I don’t think you can say they were all PSR-driven, and would posit that several were players chasing bigger salaries with traditional Big-6 cubs. But PSR does need to be amended to allow the newly...
