    Tactics Thread

File under “content”. I don’t think any of us, including RDZ, know exactly what tactics he will end up using until we have Kudus, Kulu and Madders fully reintegrated into the squad and the new players have had time to gel. All anyone can talk about is what he has done in the past. The best...

    Johan Lange - Sporting Director

We have better depth at CB swapping Dragusin for Senesi. Until we see Tosin play I’m going to consider him and Danso an equal swap (the fact we made 23mil is an unexpected bonus) We finally have two left-footed LBs plus some needed experience. The main issue is cover at RB. Porro has been...

    Dejan Kulusevski

Glad to see they are taking every precaution to prevent longer setbacks. He is such an important player for us.

    Mathys Tel

Maybe Tel will look better with a functioning midfield, left-footed LB and proper #9 and #10 to combine with? Just a thought…

    Is that Porro? 😂

    Dejan Kulusevski

If he’s training with the first team squad I imagine he’s a week or two away from from being in the matchday squad, and a potential substitute appearance.

    Mykhailo Mudryk

I think the very low fee for Tosin was based on us also taking Mudryk and putting him in the shop window for them.

    Archie Gray

Only one injury away from him getting game time in his favored position though. It'll be interesting to see who gets called on first out of Gray, Bergvall and Gallagher should Tonali or Fernandes get injured.

    Dejan Kulusevski

This. Our best #10 (plus Madders is back very soon) plus cover for both wings and CF. A terrific player who would be worth 95mil in the current market (at full fitness)

    Kevin Danso

Not the fee I would have wanted but we make an 13mil paper profit on swapping him and Tosin.

    Iliman Ndiaye

Would Ndiaye have provided those goals though? His record implies not. The CF situation is not just laying at our doorstep. When two of the top European teams are both desperate for a CF you know there is slim pickings all around. If we'd kept Lankshear till now we could probably have tripled...

Tosin & Mudryk deals with Chelsea

I would hope for an obligation to buy for a min 25 mil but this window has been absolutely f***ing nuts.
