The new one is - he has no sell on value. Like we as fans should give a brick about that. Levy's mentality has got so ingrained in the fan base that some cheer his penny pinching and ability to turn a profit. We got some money for Davinson Sanchez in the end so I guess that was a successful...

I don't rate Chelsea's window, they just seem to swap around players of similar ability levels. I don't think they have bought much to make the first team better and they need that to challenge for the title.

    Sorry yeah,, my mistake.

Zaha was also a quality player.

Only want him if he or Kudus is a decent 10. Wouldn't really want Kudus changing position after the start he's made on the left either, so only if he can play 10 basically.

So much for Arsenal don't have enough money. Premier League aren't gonna punish them for FFP when City haven't been. Meanwhile Levy will still continue pinching pennies and winning best business man of the year at family dinners and hoping FFP means more than fudge all.

Chelsea are really having a laugh valuing him at 25m, they won't get him for under 60 surely. You can't buy an attacking player for under 60m this summer.

Yeah, I thought Levy was improving at getting in players earlier but this window has been a step back.

Oh no, this is only gonna work out if Eze's brother's his agent

Thomas Frank - Former Head Coach

Also hopeful, as he seems like a thoroughly decent bloke, that he will take better care of the players' bodies than the last coaches we've had.

Liked that we piled on their keeper on corners, giving the oppo a taste of their own medicine.

Though I'm not nearly as big a fan as most here, I'm happy with this, it's a compliment to the club in some ways. And we avoided the worst case scenario of him continuing to play for us without a new contract signed. He seems like a cup player rather than a league one and I'm quite happy for us...

    (Brennan) Johnson Again Olé Olé!

Doku reminds me of a less effective Gervinho.

I can't imagine a worse winner for Bishop than that one. Not only was it him but it was also very lucky and scruffy and possibly not his goal at all!

I watched and liked this, not perfect but at least it's trying to do something different. The toad trip scene was brilliant as were many other moments.

    Richarlison

Better than a goal every 180 minutes. Is alarming that he hasn't played a full season of matches with us yet despite being here for three years already.

    (Brennan) Johnson Again Olé Olé!

He could easily have had an assist too when he pulled back for Richarlison and he hit it at a defender.

*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Burnley FC ***

They fudged up a lot of good ops - there was that break where Walker launched it and they had two men in and over but they somehow fudged it. Sarr helped fudge it to be fair.

    Eberechi Eze

Have always preferred Eze to MGW - he has much better experience. The winning goal in a cup final, having a very positive influence off the bench in big international games. Plus he's just so graceful.

I don't think Villa have such a bad team. Tieleman's is quality, Rogers looks so confident, I think he's going to be massive. There's still life left in Watkins and Konsa (usually) and Onana are good Prem players. They just seem to have off-days under Emery once in a while, he always gets them...
