    New Captain Poll

Not sure Porro is a leader in the truest sense, loads of good traits, obviously cares, lots of gestures and badge pointing and grabbing, but not sure he is a leader

I suspect he won't be match ready

I think given Kudus injury we will need him as cover

    Savinho

I think with what he lacks (which is similar profile to what we have in that respect) he most def is IMO. I hope it is

I think that part is just really fanciful. I have seen dozens of players with the same attributes in my life of watching football over 30 years and I have seen the same said about all of them. Its neither as easy as your statement makes out. You wanna sign another project player, thats cool...

Sorry I don't agree, 22 in footballing terms isn't young I watched the two games yesterday and Tel looked every bit as good if not beyond Savinho based on PSF, not that I genuinely put too much emphasis on it, but calling what I saw. I don't think we should be paying 60m for another "work in...

Lack of trust + insatiable need for speed = disaster

This is the part which is really what baffles me. People not trusting their Drs or medical professionals but trusting a random guy (usually AI) online who says that they should not be trusting their Drs as they are all involved in global conspiracy. I am just giving a random but true example...

Based on the lack of end product and holding onto the ball to much, I am not so sure.

Lack of trust + insatiable need for speed = disaster

Depends what and who it is TBH. If I was distrustful of Dr's, medicine and health science I wouldn't likely be here given an illness last year. I think this seemingly new found "question everything, trust no one" is a massively unhealthy way to live, not least on peoples mental health.

And look at the direction straights many of those clubs find themselves in for such spending. FFP and so on has also changed the landscape

    Mathys Tel

I think if you are taking bias out, have people coming off their hill, you would say Tel is playing himself into starting. If a new signing was having the Pre Season Tel is having everyone would be waxing lyrical I have no doubt

From watching both games today, Tel is well ahead of him if pre season is anything to go by

Politics, politics, politics (so long and thanks for all the fish)

Why would that cause an onslaught, its absolutely a thing. Black communities often work harder jobs on less pay meaning they take less time off for ailments, potential costs especially in the US put them off. Cultural pride comes into it (same with Latino cultures) men especially dont seek...

Politics, politics, politics (so long and thanks for all the fish)

I think alot of that comes from the fragmented nature of the US. Historically the US is one of the lease trusting countries in the world, domestically or internationally. I think mistreatment of Black people 100% plays into their resistance to vaccinate, but I think there are cultural...

Like 1000s of footballers who are still yet to move this summer. The idea that players who have not moved yet have no interest is frankly bullsh1t

Well not really We were also told inaccuracies about the vaccine and there was alot of outward strap lines made up to encourage people to take the vaccine. I think the difference here is other than some online discontent most realised with time that things were said to gain traction on Covid...
