    Free transfers

Has any team won stuff or challenged for honours relying on a bunch of free transfers? Is management trying to be innovative or does the new stadium costs a lot more to upkeep because it seems to a drag to our finance in the football area

    Ben Davies

It really feels like we have no money to spend . I can't believe that management wants see the weaknesses in both wings . The coaches would have pointed it out to them. We desperately need compensation for all available places if we can't afford quality. Feels like we're back to the days where...

Young players we should look at

Italy is out of the world cup and maybe some good bargains there. At RB , Marco Palestra is fast, has a great cross and looks strong enough for the epl. Can invert and comfortable on the other wing too. Did mention he is great at 1v1s too. I think he's won a few youth cups for Italy/club so...

    Ben Davies

It confirms we have no ambition and just want to stay up. Davies offers nothing. He's been there from the CL final to our relegation battle. How has his leadership helped except to allow mediocre on pitch performance

    Free transfers

Depends on our financial position. Good if we are broke. But it raises the question of how Levy can be a billionaire and leave Spurs fighting relegation. The only fit way to judge how well we are doing is against arsenal. New stadium , new management and on pitch success.

    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

Well he Was Levy's pal at this stage and levy gifted him an expensive car. He also said the targets we want are unaffordable. How is arsenal able to pay for all their players in the last few years? The arsenal owners, board and CEO is exactly what we should be comparing against. The arsenal...

Totally agree with you on WHam's justified end. Not sure how they got the stadium decision to the detriment of tax payers.

    Guimaraes

Seriously have doubts with our ability to pay. 17th again, no Europe next season.

    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

Levy lost me after three windows of zero transfers in. This after promising that the stadium build would not affect the football side of the business. That was peak Poch era and we reached the CL finals. Much easier to get quality players then compared to now.

    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

Plausible deniability. Why would accountants risk their professional reputation and careers if not paid sufficiently?

Arteta too. Tuchel saying freestyling is bad . Has football reached its ultimate mechanical and boring end stage?

We used to make record breaking transfers. Why can't we with the new stadium? Are we still broke? 17th going to cost us gbp 30 mil in tv revenue I think. when will be in a position to buy real top quality?

    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

L Levy also employed accountants for corporate espionage, to surveil what West Ham stadium plans were. Got caught and fines if I recall correctly. Seems rather light considering the recent Southampton spygate punishment.

I believe Vinai got hired by lewis family to understudy Levy before sacking him. I prefer to juicy version.

    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

That's reasonable. As of now nothing changes so there is hope that the Lewises will step up. On the same count you have to give 8 Capital a chance to prove themselves. In the most optimistic situation, Levy becomes highest paying chairman in the UK Nba, Lewis trust and 8 Capital conspire to fund...

    Andy Robertson

Yeah I know the spirit is always willing, but the flesh does it's own thing after 30. I keep thinking about Davies and how he was lauded for hard work and leadership....but his performance has been sub par and coincided with our long decline from the poch days. I know it's more factors at work...

    Dejan Kulusevski

He's going to be levy's first cut price signing when his Nba UK plans come to fruition

    Dejan Kulusevski

Coming back is the first step. Hitting peak form is next and possibly the harder one. But he is young and has good chances.
