    I think he has all the talent in the world and if played regularly in a position and system that suits his strengths, he has a very high ceiling. Seems situationally intelligent and has a surprising burst of pace to pull away from defenders which we haven't seen till recently.

    There was a moment in the second half where we had been under pressure for a while and he stepped out when his striker went short to receive the ball. He won possession and changed the momentum instantly. That was true leadership by action, not words.
