    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

I get that he’s only been here 5 minutes, but the buildup play is too slow and lacking in intent. Better forwards will help but it needs improving and quickly. Cant rely on set pieces every week.

Finally got round to watching Conclave. Really enjoyed it. I’m not religious at all but all the scheming and backstabbing was entertaining.

Can’t wait for the Arsenal open top bus parade in May. Count yourself lucky you’re not surrounded by thousands of them. Biggest gloaters in the world. Horrible set of fans.

Arsenal to win the league at a canter unless Emirates Marketing Project maintain this form.

Didn’t think we played that badly, but we certainly didn’t play well. I felt comfortable at 1-0 but the problem was that a goal out of nothing and we’re back to attacking with poor buildup play and relying on set pieces.

My takeaways from the game today: Our forwards are nowhere near good enough. Odobert and Tel try hard but they’re just not up to standard. Same for Richarlison. Johnson is scared to drive forward or take a man on. Our buildup play is painful to watch. We pass the ball from side to side for...

There Will Be Blood was another PTA film for me that was just ok. It was nominated for Best Picture the same year as No Country For Old Men which won ultimately won and deservedly so, was a far superior film.

I see Ian Watkins from the Lostprophets has been killed in prison. Won’t shed a tear for him as he was a monster! But that said, people really shouldn’t be murder whilst in prison.

I actually walked out of Phantom Thread when I saw it at the cinema with my sister. The only films I’ve really enjoyed of PT Anderson are Licorice Pizza and Punch Drunk Love.

Yep. Too inconsistent for me to be given 5/5. I wouldn’t argue if Sean Penn and Chase Infiniti win Oscars. It does get good about 40 mins from the end and doesn’t let up to its credit.

Watched One Battle After Another last night. Had its moments but I’m sorry, I thought it was overhyped. I’m surprised by all the 5 star reviews. I wouldn’t give it more than a 3/5. Admittedly the cast were all excellent, just didn’t really rate the story or script.

Their mentality remains the biggest question mark. But they’re not a million miles off. If you’re a really good team consistently year after year then you’ll give yourself a good chance of winning things. Yes they’ve bottled titles but they’ve lost narrowly in the CL. The margins aren’t as big...
