Selling Kane to them does seem to be working in our favor a little. Far more than our 'special' relationship with Madrid after Bale which seemed to involve them selling players to Arsenal.

    Guglielmo Vicario

There was a corner near the end where like five of our players ringed Vicario and allowed him to catch a ball that was looping down from a ricochet (iirc). Glad Frank is addressing this weakness of Vicario's, really needs it.

Getting this guy in for one year or longer seems a very good idea. Just the kind of age we should be targeting in a crucial position.

Friendly match: Tottenham v Arsenal (Hong Kong) 12.30/7.30pm BST/HKT

Was pleasantly surprised by Tel in the air playing up front, he competed and won a couple.

    Good practice defending corners anyway.

Problem Arsenal have is that as players like Saka and Odegaard get more established they're less likely to press, which might explain why they've resorted to Pulis ball.

Everyone can be ambitious when the rules of finance don't count.

    Eberechi Eze

I think that should be true but think they might get reckless to keep up with Liverpool. If we don't get Eze we should go for Grealish imo. If Frank wants a 10 like it seems like.

    Eberechi Eze

Feel like Arsenal will buy him to try to compete with Liverpool and probably end up in hot financial water (unless they have a Chelsea card to play - they probably do as those two are always swapping semen).

    Expectations for 25/26

I'd settle for the Top 6-8 as long as the youngsters get plenty of experience and we can see them developing into good players. What I dont want to see is us plodding to a upper midtable position using Davies, Richy, Bissouma, Bentancur, Son, Romero (if he hasn't signed a contract) and the like...

    Cheatski are still scum

Sold his organs on the black market. It's okay he can keep them for his lifespan but Chelsea are entitled to that money.

    Mohammed Kudus

Like with Frank, I've warmed up to this signing. We really did need something different in attack.

    Morgan Gibbs-White

I thought that was the beginning of the end for Dele's form as he was the deepest of the four iirc.

    Morgan Gibbs-White

Dele was a sublime 10, his goal scoring was better than Lampard, Gerrard and (I think Scholes) at the same age. He went off the rails when Son came through and he had to play deeper. Loved it when Poch played three at the back with Dele and Eriksen behind Kane.

One club in blue would for sure. And I dont mean Everton, batooom tish!

If this doesn't happen I think we should go back in for Eze. Arsenal won't buy him and Gyokeres though I can see City coming back for him.

Watched the new Jurassic Park, went in with very low expectations but ended up enjoying it quite a lot. Felt way better than the one Chris Pratt one I saw but maybe that was more due to me than the movies themselves. Anyway, thought the action scenes were tense, the script and acting better and...

Watched a little of the new series of It's Always Sunny. They really need to jack it in. The latest one is about Mrs Brown's Boys levels of humor. And it's been like this for around a decade barring a handful of miraculously good episodes.

    Harvey Elliott

Underwhelming if this is our alternative to MGW. The thing I like about MGW, which was why I would have liked Grealish back in the day, is that he runs his team's attack which takes a lot of skill but more importantly personality and confidence and would be great experience for us to bring in.

    Douglas Luiz

I think Sarr could be a roaming defensive player (he's one of our best presses I think) like Kante. Not one who is gonna sit. To get the best out of him we probably then need a sitting playmaker in the Carrick role to compliment him.
