    You can apply that to anything, hs2/trident etc. Improvements will need to be paid for by the public either way, so the argument is who offers greater value private with greater borrowing costs and need for profits or nationalised less efficient? And costs recognised up front

    Votes are not equal using fptp many are worthless. Thought you liked the US structure with an elected second chamber? I do not expect them to fix everything but don't insist on "fixing" the bits that benefit you but no others, and if you do be sure that everyone knows its flimflam

    1)release fees are only relevant if the club don't want to sell. 2)the player pays the release fee but must pay the tax so the clubs have an agreement that they accept the fee from other Spanish clubs nothing about legally binding...
