Alli was awful every game he played on the left for us last season. Consistently give up the ball trying to nutmeg defenders to cut inside. Alli's best position is AM where he can do quick flick and/or turn IMO.

    Predictions for new season

I think that it is easier to find Jose's type of players than Pep's. From their current squad -----------------------De Gea------------------------ Darmian------Smalling----(Bailly?)--------Shaw ----------------------Carrick------------------------...

    Predictions for new season

I am surprised many people have City top of the table. They still have a lot of work to do to get players to play Pep's style of football. I think that United will win it if they get Pogba and a new central defender.

    Modeling vs Subjective Opinion

Watch the movie Moneyball. The story is about the use of modeling in MLB Baseball. I think the conclusion is that modeling may work well with smaller clubs. However, subjective evaluation and gut instinct are still required at the top level.

Kane will be an automatic starter in important games. No established experience striker will want to be second fiddle to Kane. Plus, we already have Poch and his coaching staff to "guide" Kane. I am excited by our transfer strategy of getting young and hungry players instead of washed-up...

The General Transfer Rumours and Speculation Thread

I think that we need a backup for Eriksen. We currently have no one else that can efficiently play the role of the primary attacking playmaker. Alli is more of a one-touch quick flicker and I don't think that Lamela is good in that role.

Xabi Alonso will retire soon. They will be looking for someone to fill that position.

    Spurs have broken top 10

Spurs are now in the top 10 of Forbes Most Valuable Football Club list. Previous years we were 12-15. http://www.espnfc.us/spanish-primera-division/story/2869965/real-madrid-most-valuable-in-forbes-study-with-barcelona-second

    Serious relegation fears

Tiger Woods' first major win at the Masters when he was 21. He won the tournament by 12 strokes. That was the most impressive individual underdog achievement I have ever seen.

    Serious relegation fears

They can field the team all with youngsters and reserved players. And nobody (except us) can complain about it. Evaluation for next season, gaining experience, niggling injuries, mental exhaustion, saving first team players for the Euros, and etc.

    Mauricio Pochettino - Sacked

There is a rumor about a 10 million pounds buy-out clause on Poch's contract. Read that on Red Café (Man United forum). Most likely no truth to that rumor.

The General Transfer Rumours and Speculation Thread

I seriously wish we can bring Bale back. Say 45 million quid and Real supplements his wage over 120,000 quid. Wishful thinking but Levy can get it done.

    Serious relegation fears

Any manager worth a salt would do the same thing. Leadership comes from the top. If the manager does not believe then how can the team believe. I don't see this as non-sporting unless the Leicester supporter can't take being challenged.

    Serious relegation fears

I think that missing Vardy will affect their playing style massively. They can no longer do the devastating lightning counter-attacks down the middle. I think (and hope) that Swansea can hold on and get a point.

We will still play at WHL next season. 2017-2018 is the season we play away at a rented ground. http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/new-scheme/project-update/#timeline

Next fixture against Man United is truly a must win. To both keep our (slim) title hope alive and virtually guarantee a top 4 spot.
