    Has he been? His personal interactions have been fine imo and he's been one of our better attackers for me. The team has been brick in general but in terms of attack he's had 10 times the influence of the opposite wing.

    Yup, we try to play out of the back constantly but either the players aren't actually that good technically to achieve the passing patterns or the recieving players aren't making the correct moves into space.

    I think his ball skills are deceptively better than you think. So whie I agree no one really improves their skills past 16 (they just hone them), he will look better and technically nicer as he ages.
