    As true as that is, it just feels lazy to me. Governments should have to justify the money they raise and what they do with it. This just always felt like a grab, an insurance for when they waste money. And boy do they waste money.

    Was in Brighton at the weekend, they have posters on lampposts saying don't cross the road whilst using your phone! Phones are a big problem Imv, not just for young, for most ages.
