    Now we have the makings of a proper football management team above the coach and below the chairman we shouldn't really be worried about the next coach being suitable - there will be people employed to ensure that they are. Proof will be in the pudding though I guess.

    This is just cliched talk you get any time a team throws a lead away - we conceded a goal straight after half time, worst time to concede, throws your half time talk out the window and gives the opposition the momentum - we didn't deal with that and were second best from that point on

    Not sure the manager wants/prepares his players to 'take the sting out of the game' - my feeling is his approach to turn it around would be to play our own football better, as opposed to trying to directly stop the oppositions ascendancy

    I don't understand how you think a manager can escape blame when he doesn't make changes until we have shipped 3 goals and squandered a 2 goal lead. We have plenty of good options on the bench, not doing anything is alarming. Edit : the players on the pitch deserve their share of the blame but...

    He should have made changes at 1-2 - early goal second half swings momentum, we needed to stamp that out. Then again 2-2 we're looking lost out there and heading towards going behind, something needed to be done from the sidelines to try and break the way the game was going.... nothing
