It's brilliant as a piece of theatre in isolation. However they are so far gone down the facist route now, there's going to be a big reckoning soon when the western democracies abandon them. The Free Palestine movement in the West has ballooned in recent months and is becoming a majority...

    Pushing Up The Daisies

Absolute legend. Every 90s schoolboy's playground alias. I didnt know about his cancer. He looked really well in the football italia documentary a few years back - he actually looked younger in it than he did in the 90s (his hair job was obviously helping)

    Johan Lange - Technical Director

He'll be 27 by then and on a long contract. That will limit his suitors. I expect he'll go to City though

International friendlies are pointless. If it was a competitive WC or ACN qualifier, fair enough. But no one needs friendlies. We need to start moving to a 45 games a season cap on players (40 club games, 5 internationals)

I dont think anyone could accuse Sanchez of going through the motions. He had limitations, but his dedication was never in question

Every second we've seen of Bergvall so far has been evidence that he looks a better player than Maddison already. Some of the others are a bit further behind, but not much.

His expected return date was the weekend just gone, so he should be back for this unless he's had a relapse. It was only a minor hammy, nearly a month ago. He'd still be more effective than Werner though - one hamstring or two

They will be getting it - its moving from universal to means tested, that's the point. And hopefully it will be withdrawn completely when GB Energy comes to full fruition and heating isnt all about generating overseas hedge fund profits

That happened at the end of AVB too. We dominated Liverpool in the game they beat us 5-0

We had no midweek games all season last year, so he had a solid year on the training pitch. Yet we got worse.

Ideally you want both working in partnership. Lange bringing in Bergvall, Grey and Odobert, while Paratici goes out and gets us Osimhen and Chiesa (in place of Solanke and Werner)

They havent got the players to even get out of their group. Canada are a better side at the moment. He might as well be coaching the UAE national team.

He was still the most impressive manager in the league last season in terms of making progress. I just dont see Ange turning it around now, the spiral of decline has set in. We're playing less than the sum of our parts and left praying that Richarlison comes back to save us.
