Interesting idea, the only is I notice they all have quite a bit more skill and guile than Gray which I think makes sense when playing as an attacking FB.
If he’s a strong part of RDZ’s plans, this is a great choice. Showed real character at the end of last season to help the cause despite being nowhere near fit. Seems a brilliant lad.
I’d imagine Porro will be named as part of the leadership group along with VDV and Robertson. Madders may not be a fully regular starter so Porro may get the arm band a decent amount of time anyway.
Seems to be very popular and a good role model for the younger players.
Why not Vicario? Bit of a slight on your part considering he was part of Ange’s leadership group already.

I'd rather this 'leadership group' thing disappears. I don't know where it came from, but it's completely unnecessary - if you want to be a leader then lead, you don't need to join some official club....
