I had to turn the Poch interview off, felt Neville and to a lesser extent Keane were buttering him up for the utd job if Carrick doesn't work out.
What I did find interesting is that he has been proven right at his last three clubs, spurs did need a rebuild, PSG can't just throw big name talent into a team and hope it gels and Chelsea and their model will not work.
If a club with a stable structure and some belief in it's self give him time and backing he could really get them to the top.
Carrick will get the utd job, if he gets off to a sticky start though I can see him "making way" for Poch.We were within Fergie time of having a dynasty IMO...equally, maybe modern football won't allow it?
Good thought on Utd, albeit I think Carrick will get the nod.

Hope not, but utd are running out of options.
Tel has always been able to cross a ball as far as I can see, he has done it plenty of times when on the pitch - And whenever he plays is on corner duty so he is clearly rated to deliver in the box considering he is usually ahead of Porro in the pecking order for taking them....Had a good little catch up with some pods yesterday. Just a couple of things
- There is a massive difference between Emery making changes for one second leg of a EL semi-final and Ange fielding weakened teams from February. Not about whether it was the right thing to do or not, but you guys should have surely seen the massive difference in the 2 things before jumping on that narrative. Emery built an 8 point cushion for a CL league position place with 4 games left when he did it.
- I listened to the 2 weeks back to back. You guys got me thinking now whether Tel and Muani can cross the ball or not. As we (you) berated the further injuries to Dom and Xavi in the previoius pod, I think it was Milo talking about the Tel, Muani, Richi combo and the 2 wide guys not really having a cross on them. Then Villa happened and Tel especially showed that may not be the case. Wasn't he on corners as well? That topic is worth watching.
Anyway, great work as always. On point with so much as always. Loved the section on Chrissy Hughton. What a player.

After that Saudi Sportswashing Machine game I'm going to wake up thinking there is a pod out today.
