You just know that if there’s one game that Chavski players won’t need any motivation for and that their fans will be well up for it’s playing us
Can only hope they do the same as us last year - win their cup final and get off their faces for the next 24 hours with a game to play a couple of days later and then take a hammering by us.

Unfortunately it's highly unlikely they beat City and the only thing left in their own sorry season will be upsetting us....

My big fear is another "battle of the bridge", we need to be smarter this time around and not rise to their dark arts.

I'm of the opinion that the league is always the priority. It's the manager's day job. That's why good league teams are good cup teams. Forest have a run going. Villa have lost 3 in a row, rested yesterday and lost and now have to go again in the cup.
...I agree the league should be the priority.
But Forest have selected a second string.

Stolen from BBC Sport.
Chelsea haven't scored a league goal since Joao Pedro netted their fourth in the 64th minute of their 4-1 win over Aston Villa on 4 March, two months ago.

Chelsea haven't scored at home in the league since 21 February, doing so in a 1-1 draw with Burnley.

And they haven't won at home in the league since 31 January (3-2 against West Ham).

I hope they grab one today or at least the next league game, we dont need Dr Tottenham hearing about this...

Must be nice to have players of the calibre of Gibbs-White and Anderson available on the bench when the gaffer wants some fresh legs!!

With their +8 goal diff advantage over us I think it’s safe to say (unless they throw away a 2+ goal lead for the first time in 26 matches) that Forest aren’t getting relegated.

You have to say, Marinakis seems a horrible fudger, but his decision to bin off Dyche and appoint Pereira looks a very, very good decision. And Dyche was doing a decent job.
