I've never known a collection of players that cross so badly. I would only trust 2 or 3 of them to beat the first man on most crosses.

Spence, as an example, needs to stay back in training and spend hours and hours on both feet crossing. Even his stronger one.

We cross badly, we shoot poorly and we pass poorly. Theres a bit of a pattern there...
