**** OMT Tottenham Hotspur FC v Bodo Glimt ****

Richi isn't moving, he's not making runs or showing for the ball

The defenders are not having to do anything with him, at least Johnson might make them think.

Richi is like playing with 10, Bents like 9
He needs service. Hopeful inaccurate punts up to him from the back and that one ball from Bergvall where he should have done better is about it.

Deep midfield duo bringing no creativity, no ball progression. Same as all season essentially, only today we don't have Kudus and Romero to compensate for that. Kudus imo is the biggest change needed, he's capable of dragging us up the pitch all on his own. Then Richarlison may actually get something useful to work with.

He’s been crap since solanke got injured even when Kudus and Simons were playing. At best he’s a good backup option. He’s not good enough to lead the line full time.

I dont remember the match being so difficult the last time we came here...

They have got better and want payback. They said they have concentrated on getting physically stronger, they learnt that from last time
They had lots of their best players injured or suspended last year.

They're playing as I thought they would last season. This is their normal standard, especially at home.

I don't know what it is with these northern Europe sides. I saw teams from my country usually beating them or being close matches, but from time to time they look unplayable and they thrash us. They just switch to another level sometimes. Their passing is superb and most worrying for Spurs, they can keep this level going for almost all of the match.

Dear me.

This formation/display ain't ever gonna work like this.

Might as well go to 550 or 460 because we're getting absolutely pummelled here.

Try and get a 0-0 and a last minute corner.

Outside of the City game we've been mostly crap, it's not just the last two games.
Franks style of football is not particularly aesthetically pleasing at the best of times. Didn't think it was at Brentford, so not surprised it is the same here - efficient at best with a reliance on set pieces. Without Kudus our attacking play is poor.

Always thought Glasner was the one to go for, gets the results and plays attractive football....

Can't see us getting anything today. When you start so slow and poorly, it's difficult to change it. Just hope Frank is able to kick the fudgers into life!

I think he is our backup/rotation option and Solanke will be first choice when back unless Kolo Muani starts playing really well as a striker when he eventually gets fit.

My word... We're there already...
This performance isn't about style. It's about application from the 11 players out there. Or rather lack of application.

Tbh I think Richi has more of a shot playing on the left of the three once Solanke is back. I think he's better there than CF and our other options there are poor.....
