U23s, Academy and Loanees

Does every other club get to see so many great goals from their kids?

There seems to be so many with our youngsters. Tap ins are so yesterday's news.
 
If LWB is a super talent how comes he is not in the first team picture?

We seem to almost wait at our club where as others seem to chuck them in at the deep end. I know sometimes waiting is the best for the player but a lot of the time we end up with players going on loan and their development is hindered and they are then released / sold for pennies.

Williams-Barnett IS NOT AND NEVER WILL BE A LWB, I don't know where this ridiculous idea comes from, obviously somebody who has never seen him play. He's a very talented attacking midfield player, much better than U18 level, I would consider giving him time against Doncaster if the situation was right and we selected a proper team.
