Canning Town Bingo Club

A spammer told me today that they have let go 3 more players and also taken out a loan against their training ground (not sure how much of a loan you’d get against some portacabins but annoyingly I didn’t think to ask that at the time!).
If true sounds like they have some cash flow issues.

If Levy really wants to get the fans onside, buy Spam, take their best players for nowt, disband it, and sell their land for development!

I was trying to eavesdrop yesterday on a conversation in the pub between three blokes. Only got my attention because I heard the word "Tottenham" mentioned (funny how your brain can pick up a particular word when you weren't even aware there was a conversation going on).
From what I could gather they were talking about protesting outside the ground (so not the boycott mentioned further above) and were hoping there would not be any idiots wanting to cause trouble that would detract from their protest. Talking about self-policing and stopping any trouble before it started. I don't know if they were organisers or just generally chatting, but I loved the idea of them fighting amongst themselves.
 
Just saw an advert (targeted?) on Facebook advertising tickets on General Sale for West Ham vs Spurs.

A Saturday evening kick off, can’t see what could possibly go wrong there…
