Peep Show. No one else even close.

IT Crowd is also excellent and I enjoyed The Inbetweeners a lot. Freaks and Geeks! Loved it.
 
Ones I'll stop and watch if they're on or put on as I won't be disappointed

I think the UK office is a work of art, but I'm not sure it's the "funniest". Not into the US version at all but many people are, so what do I know..
