    Absolutely despite that clam Gabriel. Horrible, cynical, fake teethed, hair transplanted weasel of a player. Cries whenever anyone touches him but will happily celebrate goals directly in front of the opposition and goad them. Easily the most unlikeable player in the league. Not even close.

    They seem to have righted the ship defensively. Weirdly they don’t score as many goals as they have done in previous seasons. Clearly they haven’t replaced KDB but they’ve got enough firepower to be scoring more goals than they do.

    I think as long as they’re below us then any dropped points for them is good for us. Especially when they’re at home against a bottom half team.

    I also quite like it in small doses despite the jokes but it’s also never ending. Is it the marquee event of the Winter Olympics or something? I would have thought it was figure skating, skiing or the bobsled.

    I swear the curling has been ongoing since day 1. Looks like they are pushing a kettle on ice. On the whole I’ve enjoyed the games. Was watching the skiing the other day. Incredible how they can land backwards after insane jumps!

    First chance when a bigger/better club at the time made their interest known yes. He put himself in the shop window when Emirates Marketing Project were flirting with the idea of bidding for him.

    I’m not sure it is fair. We’ve undoubtedly been in a decline since Poch left which has culminated in finishing 17th in the league and could ultimately end up with relegation this season. Even if you made the case that ENIC/Levy did a very good job for the first team 10-15 years, why should they...

    They’ve won every trophy there is to win other than the conference league. I’d say their main failing has been defending the league titles they’ve won. They’ve been awful defending champions on both occasions where they’ve won it.

    Personally I think that’s just spin because they couldn’t secure naming rights. I don’t know how you would put monetary value on the “Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium” whereas naming rights would give us something tangible.

    Fine with me. Whatever gains us the most revenue. I have no particular attachment to the “Tottenham Hotspur Stadium”. It doesn’t have the same ring to it as WHL did.

    More clubs tend to have naming rights for new stadiums than not. I don’t see the benefit in not having naming rights.

    It’s better than not having an extra £10m a year. The club were clearly trying to secure naming rights for a number of years.
