That actually made me like him a little bit more. Solanke and Conor are ex Chelsea players. In Conor's case, I believe he is even an ex captain. I don't even think many of their current squad were there when he was at Chelsea. I agree it is strange.

He was outstanding when he came on, little bit of brickhousery to make sure of the red too.

I'm with you there, I've never been a fan, he always annoyed me with his style of play but he has been effective for us.

If he is happy to stay I wouldn’t push him out of the door in January. But in the summer I think we need to sign a player that is more of a combo between Maddison & Gallagher. Gibbs White will have 1 year left on his contract at that point and would make sense.
