Chelsea and Arsenal have much stronger teams than Spurs in the women's league. We have a gap which is steadily decreasing but it will take time and investment. I actually prefer playing with the Spurs female team than the male team in EA FC.

I think our squad is very good -- probably weak at the back but we've got some very good midfielders. I just think so much of it is culture and mentality. We turn up to those games expecting to lose. We've played better than them many times (absolutely battered Chelsea at THS last season) but still lose.

That'll take years of growth to get over but still really disappointed in how we just roll over every time.

True. I don't think we roll over. We try to compete but there is a level we are yet to attain. We will get there.

You say it takes time to close the gap but London City have made some big signings and seem to have leapfrogged up league pretty quick. Is there any PSR in the womens league? They seem to be doing an Abramovich and signing some huge names.
