Football is weird.
Brentford scored a good early goal for 1-0, then 1 minute later Villa got a massive deflection to equalise 1-1.
Then an hour later on that boz-eyed Haggis scores for Villa via another massive deflection, so Villa are set to get their first home win but 1 minute later 7 foot tall Ajer slaloms through the defence and slots home like a striker.
We really need a couple of nice deflections, and/or some players to actually stand up and perform as we know they can. They are bloody brilliant in training apparently, but can't score for toffee in the Prem.

RDZ has done a mini Conte here, last season saving was his Top 4 and now he seems like his head has totally gone. I hope I am wrong, but this all just looks rudderless now.

The infuriating thing is that he’s been forcing him into the 10 as he had Bentancur and Tonali and now no Bentancur and leaves Fernandes out. Can only be fitness….I hope.
