Politics, politics, politics (so long and thanks for all the fish)

He ought to be arrested and charged with endangering life. I think there was only one rescue worker on the dinghy at the time but nonetheless it is an enormously wreckless and dangerous thing to do.
(I suspect he would not have dared go near if there were actual asylum seekers onboard).
Police statement last night said they were pursuing enquiries, so maybe there will be some consequences for him.

It's disgusting, it's warped, and it's performative. Reminds me of the old world monkeys who use their large, bright bottoms as some sort of mating cry, in this case the w anker is speaking to his 'tribe' of macarons as some form of 'incitement'.
The grift has to be in. Does he pleade for 'donations to the cause' or any of that, or is he being propped up by independent agitation money from enemies of society?

He’s the same as Tommy two names, American ‘funders’ but he also pops up with various go fund me opportunities for racists to buy him new things much like when Tommy needs a holiday.

On a human level, it’s hard to accept.

Those damn macaronic bureaucrats.
If our governments hadn't made so many mistakes in the past, these poor people wouldn't be risking their lives for a better future.

I agree, if people had not been so quick to back previous governments who caused, ultimately, what we are seeing now, we would be in a much better state with this crap.

Here's one mistake I hope the UK won't repeat. Putting this woman in charge of anything. The toxic combination of bigotry and stupidity sloshing around inside her head needs to stay there. It unfortunately leaks out far too often. Here's Braverman displaying both - criticising herself while spewing her bile.

Her whole thing is so confused, its either thick or brilliant, thick because of the point you make or brilliant because she knows her audience

He may have bitten off more than he can chew (though of course being arrested for doesn’t necessarily mean he will be charged). But you’d think there’s enough in this list for him to be charged at some level :

No point in paying for accommodation when you can grift, eh?

Meanwhile, some potentially good news!
