The midfield has looked more balanced in a 433, Tonali finally allowed the be the box to box carrier he is, Fernandes still looks slightly uncomfortable as a 8, he is so clearly a 6.

Changes I’d make for the 2nd half are Kudus for Solanke and switch Savio to the left, and then get Maddison on as soon as the medical team allow it.

Started really well
Forced Suzuki into some really good reaction saves from clean strikes. Almost too clean, rather than bouncing in off Mings.
Particularly from Savio and Gray, good strikes.
In control, wary of Jackson on the break but forcing lots of corners and good situations.
Bentancur has been brilliant, as usual. So many tackles, interceptions and cleanups.

Naive of Roberston to keep that ball in with VdV off the pitch, very naive. Scuffed shot and Manzambi in the right place... just what Spurs need, a scuffed shot and someone in the right place.

Bit worried about JPVH versus a fast Jackson, particularly on a yellow, potentially bring on Tosin?
We can do this; don't swing crosses onto Mings' forehead, but keep driving onwards. Bring on Maddison and Kudus at some point.
