Champions League 25/26

Even we beat Athletico at home this year, so expecting a different result tonight was reaching in the extreme. The goons really were quite brick though, so hopeful for the final.

I'd have Sørloth at Spurs. Much better than Solanke.

Wish that Alvarez would throw his toys out the pram for being subbed off early tonight and demand a transfer to a club that’s won a European trophy in the time since he moved across the Atlantic… with him playing alongside Conor our opponents wouldn’t have a moments peace!

Don't want these c*nts winning anything so hoping they draw on Sunday and that Harry smashes in a hat-trick against them in the final.
I would rather they smash West Ham Sunday. Like it or not, they are going to win the league at some point and it is likely this season is that time. We should be more bothered about our own club and unfortunately the Goons beating West Ham is of much benefit to us....

Wanted him for years. He is one of the best in Europe

I presume you are making a joke, but in case not, Alvarez was injured. He was limping around for a good 10 minutes. Such a shame he had to go off, because if there was someone going to come up with something special, it was him.
He's a fantastic player and a bit underrated by many.

Merely making light of how immensely fortunate the ASSnal have been this season, with not only officials continuing to fall for their theatrics but opposition teams picking up illnesses when facing them too... hopefully that virus which afflicted Fulham's squad last week will run through those gobby Goons so badly during the run-in it'll make Lasagna-gate look like a walk in the park!

I agree but a draw would do. Especially if we beat Leeds we'd be 3 point ahead with a much better goal difference which acts as an extra point.

Tbh though I sort of agree. Abother league title I mean they're far ahead of us on thst anyway. But if they were to win the Champions League we'd never hear the end of it not to mention losing the one record we hold over them.

It won’t be a problem, they'll just have all their games postponed for whenever they want. With City's games subsequently rescheduled during the three days after that.

I get it regarding the Hammers getting a point might not be critical. But, psychologically them getting a draw against the Goons would be a real positive for them. Were they to lose their confidence is not going to be in a good state going to St James Park. We need every point and every little thing go our way right now, and West Ham suffering defeats is something that massively helps us - Whatever the Goons do end up achieving, we just have to suck it up....
