OMT - Fulham vs Tottenham Hotspur

As they say, it's gonna be a cup final every week from now on.

My team would be

Vic
Gray, Danso, VDV
Porro, Gallagher, Palhinha, Sarr, Souza
Simons, Solanke

Keep Spence, Dragu, Biss, Muani, Tel on the bench

Would give us a huge boost if Porro and Danso are back. Danso especially makes us look so much more solid, great in the air and doesn’t get beaten often.

Could see us getting a result, less so with Dragusin.

  • After winning seven consecutive away league games against Fulham between 2010 and 2023, Spurs have now lost their last two at Craven Cottage by an aggregate score of 5-0.
  • Fulham have won three of their last four Premier League games against Spurs (D1), as many as they had in their previous 26 (D6 L17).
  • Fulham are looking to complete the league double over Spurs for just the second time in their history, after the 2003-04 Premier League campaign.
  • Tottenham are winless in their last nine Premier League matches (D4 L5) – only once have they gone 10 without victory, doing so between January and March 1994 under Osvaldo Ardiles.
  • Tottenham Hotspur are the only side in the Premier League without a victory in 2026 so far, failing to win any of their nine matches (D4 L5). It’s just the fourth time they’ve gone through January and February without a league win, along with 1935 (7 games), 1994 (7) and 1999 (6).

A win would be massive for us, a draw would be a super result. I'll be tinkled off and a nervous wreck if we lose but I'd be okay with it as long as we see a good performance that gives hope for the games ahead. I didn't see that last Sunday.

This isn't must-win, Palace absolutely is regardless of the result at Fulham.

I have faith in Tudor to get us out of this. I like the cut of his jib. Not sure the revival starts here though.

Assuming it's 3 at the back, I'd go:

Vic

VdV
Dragusin
Danso

Porro
Gallagher
Pahlinha
Xavi
Spence

Muani
Dom

Oh dear. Just when we need all the help we can get ….
3. Thou shalt not take the name of thy club in vain, the OMT title shalt always have the name of Tottenham Hotspur listed first of the two teams.

@Daisuk has more responsibility for our plight than the Lewis family, Vinai, Lange, Ange, Frank and the players put together. An absolute abomination. First this then not a badger, Tom Jones, Jeff Goldblum or a custard covered badger in sight.

Turn out the lights, we're done.

We must have about 10 players who haven’t scored for x amount of games that score a goal or is that only against us?

I mentioned to my wife and son that i forgot Eze was on the pitch in the NLD last week, that worked out well.

Maybe you can mention on Sunday that you forgot Muani/Xavi/Richie is on the pitch.

Well, how has that treated us this season? Sometimes you just need to tinkle on the idol. 😉
