It will all be about the player / manager relationship and whether the player gets his head down in training. Biss hasn't just become a bad player and was our best player at the business end of the EL campaign last season.
The difference this season is that we haven't got an injury crisis. We've already seen a scenario where Davies kept Gray out of a match day squad. In reality though, there's not been too many opportunities for Frank to leave 2 or 3 fit players out of the squad so far.

I dont think its particularly about him. Our squad is just too big. We dont need 6 senior CMs. And Pahlina has taken his spot. And now the situation is we will always give Gray minutes over him, as Gray is the future, whereas Biss is out of contract in 9 months time
