New takeover rumours

Yeh so ends after next season. So there is 100% a chance to up sell any deal for a package.

Just look at Emirates Marketing Project and the like, Stadium, Shirt, Takeover...................These people always want the PR value, its why they do it

That's a state. Most owners would rather someone else paid the sponsorship, rather than having to contribute it themselves. Otherwise we would have been used to promote one of Tavistock's other companies like All Bar One or Toby Carvery.

I don't think he 'needs the money'.

Buy a boat a house in the south of france - anything he wants. The point is relative simple to appreciate: whilst Lewis is one of the worlds richest, Levy probably isn't one of the nation's richest. Different leagues. But Levy's shares are worth circa £1b? So if you're a millionaire in cash terms - measured in houses whatever - the appeal of having hundreds of millions makes sense, right? As for what you do with it, that is up to him.
Levy already has hundreds of millions of pounds. Sure a vast proportion of that money is invested in assets (one in particular), but that is the case with most of the uber rich. Cash is the very worst asset to have. It just inflates away.

My experience of the uber wealthy (and I have dealt with a fair few) is that the main thing driving them on is becoming even more uber wealthy,

I personally think that Levy is only likely to sell his stake in THFC if he thinks the asset value is stagnating and he could get higher growth by investing in a different asset.
