I know they can have temporary squad numbers potentially awaiting one from a player they expect to leave - i.e. Wirtz (sp?) at Liverpool has 80-something to see if a good one comes up I guess. I noticed a couple of our new ones have 80+ currently also.

Probably after the romero debacle. Where fans bought shirts with his number on. Only for the number to be different when the prem squads were announced. Fans weren't happy.

I like how we are playing round the back with a real purpose, its either play quickly round the press or pulling reading in to knock it over the top.

Some of it isn’t coming off but I’m loving how much Devine is trying to do something that will make a difference. His intent and effort is first class so far.

I think he might suit Frank's system as Romero's partner more than vdV.
