They're being moved away from the danger areas of fighting and being fed by Israel's generosity. Again, if the aim if genocide, moving civilians away from combat areas and then feeding them is a really brick way to do it.

If there are no hospitals left in Gaza, then the blame lies solely with those who turned the hospitals into military bases. If there are no schools left in Gaza, then the blame lies entirely with those who turned the schools into military bases. Etc, etc.

That's all IDF flimflam. They have razed entire cities.

Two-thirds of all structures in Gaza are now destroyed or damaged beyond use. The vast majority were systematically destroyed long after the inhabitants had left. Not only that, but every piece of infrastructure or resource is being destroyed too - roads, sewage systems, boats, the grid, farmland, farm animals, and orchards. Everything. Their goal, needless to say, is to make Gaza unliveable for the remaining inhabitants. For those who are not forced away or do not die at IDF hands, they plan to round them up into a monstrous concentration camp to be built on the ruins of what was Rafah, which is all but razed now. This will be a place where you can only leave from if you depart the country. This is exactly what it looks like.
