I think giving him praise and critique makes sense. Flowers don't flow out his arse. When he makes mistakes criticise and when he makes great decisions praise him. It's not that complicated really.

I was thinking that the other day as well. The players revolt was always a load of old gonads wasn’t it! They were just showing respect to a manager and person they clearly liked.

I really, really like the way Frank has gone about things so far. No over-talking, what he has said has been excellent, and impressing everyone at the club with the way he's gone about things. I think the combination of him and Vinai coming in to the CEO role has really allowed us to move on and progress smoothly through the thicketry. Exciting times ahead.
