Son Heung-Min

I don't understand at all what the fuss is about, a DNA test will prove if he is the father and if he has not been involved with the golddigger it is nothing to care about?

I'd be pretty shocked if Son had a heterosexual bone in him. He and Park Seo Joon seemed full on in the Sonsational documentary.

I doubt it bothers him. His agent and legal team will be taking care of it.
Doing the right thing by prosecuting if it's not his.

The girl goes to ground, claims she had a miscarriage and with no proof the taint is always there on Sons reputation.

Yes but what I am saying is why is it even news worthy, gold diggers trying to get money is like nothing to get upset about.
Well Son is a huge star/celebrity in South Korea, which is where it was first reported, and as such it will be deemed “newsworthy”, even if it isn’t really. And of course Son is pretty well known over here, at least in the football world, so natural it’s picked up by the sportswires here.
If you managed to strip out everything that isn’t newsworthy we wouldn’t have the tabloid press. Which whilst that would be a good thing, it is not going to happen.

I picked up on that as well. Son is a Spurs great and I have loved him but I hope we get money from Saudi in the summer for him.

Will always clap him when he comes back, lovely lad and was a proper good player.

I'm not sure Saudi will be an option if that is his lifestyle preference. 20 years behind bars or castration for that there isn't it?

I hope he stays and helps the new coach settle in, albeit in a super-sub only role.

Can I ask, why did you even bother to bring any of that idle speculation up?

Why on earth would you mock that or try to play it down? That was a huge thing for him and South Korea. And he was 26.

I wasn't.

I was pointing out that Sonny had won a trophy and defending him (the bit you chose to ignore)

However, I was also pointing out that 26 or 28 years olds shouldn't be playing in international U23 tournaments. Not Sonny's fault, but it is farcical. Bit different if a 1st teamer in a domestic club side is returning to fitness. I sort of get that angle if they turn out for the 21s. Also a 22 year old playing in an U21 tournament because they were U21 at a set age qualification date. Also makes sense. However, having 3 named over age players in an U23 tournament at the international level is just crazy. Demeans the tournament and 3 U23's have to miss out. I don't care if your name is Messi, Ronaldo, Kane or Son or whether the continent is Asia, Europe or South America. It just needs to stop working this way.

Who knows what will happen with Son next season, but I really really hope he can sign off his Spurs career with a trophy even if next season isn’t his last with us.
