Fixture & Ticket News 2024/25

I’ve tried Munich, Madrid, Amsterdam, Porto, Barcelona, Nice, Zurich. Every option is either too expensive or doesn’t leave you enough time to get there. Cheapest and best route I could find was flying to Paris on Wednesday morning but waiting about 8 hours for the flight to Bilbao but it doesn’t land till 6:50pm which is cutting it too fine. It’s also about the day and the experience and I wouldn’t get to enjoy it if I were to go down that route.

Can you not fly out night before somewhere on the same train line and get the train up in the morning?

For the first leg of getting to Paris...get the train?

For the CL Final I ended up booking a weeks family holiday in Salou, and getting the train to Madrid the morning of the game, and back again the next day. It worked out being the cheapest option.

I’ve had a very quick look on Jet2 and the same option wouldn’t be a bad way to do it again. Although, getting to Bilbao will take a bit longer than it did getting to Madrid.

Perhaps book a package holiday and then hire a car?

Although, one of our group booked accommodation back in October and booked direct flights a couple of weeks ago.

Direct train from Tarragona (about 20 mins from Salou) to Bilbao about 6 hours, one that leaves on the 21st at 9.30am

It's a bloody joke the final is midweek, why isn't it either a Saturday the same as the CL or the Friday night before the CL final.
Plus the EL final comes round so quickly on the 21st ...I think all UEFA finals should be post season...and the Conference League final should be first. It's another week after the EL final.

Booked flights around a week ago. Flying Tuesday morning from Manchester, back on Thursday. Got a hotel around 10/15 mins from the stadium.

Cost was a shocker, however, sod it.
