I'm sure City will win, but don't Palace have a fairly decent record against City? At the very least I recall them grabbing a couple of good results at their ground, would be amazing to see a club such as Palace win the FA Cup in this day and age! Perfect way for Glasner to say goodbye before coming here ;).....

For anyone else:
Running to the stands to celebrate with fans - yellow card
Excess and prolonged celebrations - yellow card

But for Salah?
Line up with the fans and perform a two-minute photoshoot during the game - nothing but a smile and a pat on the back from the ref-team.

That was infuriating!

What was also infuriating was the way we rolled over and went with a wimper. Apart from Richarlisons yellow at 88 minutes I saw hardly any sign that anyone cared. And by the time Richarlison did his little stunt everything was gone so far that it was just stupid.

I don't ask for miracles, I don't ask for the moon or the sun. Just show us that it hurts, and that it should cost a little sweat, blood and pain to beat us. Even if the game is a foregone conclusion. I don't want us to be a dirty team. But I think Liverpool would have more bruises and sores after having tea in Mrs. Miggins Tea Shop, compared to what they have after yesterdays game.

I have no idea what was said by anyone after the game yesterday, I switched off everything as soon as the whistle went, and haven't gone online again untill now this morning. And I don't care, because it doesn't matter. Unless it was a full-on Trappatoni-rant it was not enough.

Appreciating the original post and this reply, as they are spot on for me. So it seems to me he has created quite a unique system - it looks like we don't have anyone up front nor at the back... not quite the system I would standby pig-headedly after 2 seasons of seeing the same results from the apllication of my flawed philosophy.

And I am sure I saw Ange shaking hands with Slot before the final whistle! I know it seems like beat up on Ange season, but he doesn't help himself. Showed his thoughts weren't really in the game yesterday. I remember Roy Keane kicking off at Mourinho, I think, when he tried to do a Slot when playing against whichever team Keane was managing at the time.

Possibly because at the time of that win City's press had lost its intensity giving our gk and defenders more time to play out?

This, it was so obvious what would play out. it just wasn't worth the pain, first game for me as well that I have skipped 100% in years.

But my point is, if there was no reasonable candidate lined up at Xmas, that in itself is a reflection/judgement on Munn (and others), unless, unless there is a candidate who has agreed (or is far enough down the road) for summer (if not, see point about reflection/judgement)

No doubt re transparency and that is how they shoot themselves in the foot, as media/fans will choose the narrative for them

Couldn’t find your post about Ange referencing the Emirates Marketing Project game from last season. Couldn’t agree more. Why bring that game up again and yes I see the irony that I have just done the same. But he knows it split the fanbase. The fact that he still doesn’t get shows a lack of character and awareness.
