Gleison Bremer

I don't see us having any interest in Bremer unless Conte is looking to upgrade Dier. The RCB and LCB in Conte's system both have to contribute a considerable amount to our attacking play. I'm not sure that Bremer is that sort of player at all.

Attacking he doesn't seem bad stats wise. His passing isn't that great though. Although being at torino may skew it somewhat.

Not been following the rumours of this guy, save for the fact that Inter were interested in him...how does Bremer compare to Bastoni? Is he at a similar level?

Different types of player. Bremer is much more of a defender. Very high stats for tackling, blocks etc... bastoni much more creative, creating goal scoring chances.
Bremer was voted best defender in serie a last season. So yes he is good.

Interesting. So Bremer would be a signing to allow us to almost park the bus ourselves but Bastoni would be more like a 'Pep-like' auxilliary attacking midfielder?
