I can’t believe that KGB agent fell for that. Surely the voice, non secure line, lack of information were all red flags. He’s well and truly let the cat out the bag now. Putin is going to have some serious questions to answer, which he’ll no doubt play down the same way he always does.

The Khangoshvili murder article they posted is equally as good. I haven't read too many more than those two. I think the fact that they post their methods has a number of upsides beyond the kudos that rightly comes their way. It provides them with a level of protection for one, and it is also an education to others in their field. Amazing journalism.
