I really Zaha as poch's next project... to mould him into a proper RB, which we need this season. After this season I think he's too old for us now. Have to pity the guy. Lots of potential but seems like a poorly advised/ mismanaged career.

Mate at work is a Palace ST holder, and was telling me back in October Chelsea had Zaha lined up to join in Jan for £80m, long before it was reported.

Makes me wonder if there was something to it?

Remember they would happily pay north of £120m for Sancho!
Money means little.
 
Zaha signing that new contract and the 25% sell on to Man Utd means he's not leaving Palace anytime soon. Unless Levy wants to work out one of those elaborate pay a lot for a loan and a small transfer fee deal.
 
He looked bloody good yesterday. He's so string on the ball. He'd be too expensive but I think he'd be perfect for us, Kane, Son, Bale and Zaha gives us some excellent combinations for a front three. Still enough games for Stevie but Lamela and Lucas wouldn't get much of a look in.

Never going to happen. Also, Mourinho favours Moura ahead of Berjwign (not saying I agree with it) - Moura almost always plays whereas Berjwign is on the bench far more....
